Terms of Service

1. The short version

SetPiece is software for rugby coaches. You sign up, plan training, run sessions. Don't break things, don't share your account, and pay for the plan if you keep using it after the trial. We try to keep the lights on; sometimes the lights flicker.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for your account credentials. The head coach is the account owner — they can rename the team, add or remove staff, and cancel the subscription. Each person on a team needs their own account; sharing one is against these terms.

3. Payment, trials, and cancellation

The 14-day free trial begins at sign-up and doesn't require a credit card. After the trial, the team's head coach can subscribe for the monthly fee shown on the pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance via Stripe. Cancel anytime from inside the app — you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

We don't issue prorated refunds for partial months. If something is broken on our side and you've paid for it, email us and we'll make it right.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use SetPiece to harass, infringe other people's rights, run automated scrapers against the API, attempt to bypass billing, or upload content that isn't yours to share. We can suspend accounts that violate this.

5. Your content

You own your training plans, drills, and notes. By using SetPiece you grant us a limited license to store and display that content for the purpose of running the service for you.

6. The service "as is"

We work hard to keep SetPiece up and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — for example, if a player is injured during a session, that's your responsibility as the coach, not SetPiece's as a planning tool.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
